1. What DailyCore Is

DailyCore is a wellness tool that helps you track supplement intake, set reminders, and view potential interactions between supplements. It is designed for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Not Medical Advice

DailyCore is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. The information provided in the app, including interaction warnings and AI-generated notes, is for general educational purposes only.

You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or changing any supplement regimen, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medications, or have a medical condition.

We are not responsible for any health decisions you make based on information in the app.

3. Your Account

• You can use DailyCore without creating an account. Your data is stored locally on your device using an anonymous identifier.
• If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app
• Interfere with the Service's infrastructure or other users' access
• Use automated tools to scrape or access the Service

5. Intellectual Property

The DailyCore name, logo, design, and code are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission. Your supplement data belongs to you.

6. AI-Generated Content

The "AI suggestion" feature generates brief notes about supplements using artificial intelligence. These notes are informational, not medical advice. AI outputs may contain inaccuracies. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.

7. Availability

We aim to keep DailyCore available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or website.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DailyCore and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service (if any).

9. Termination

You can stop using DailyCore at any time by deleting the app. If you have an account, you can request deletion of all your data by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Republic of Poland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Poland.
